One Piece - Multiple Looks

Chambray

I am in love with my chambray shirt from Target.  For only $22 you can create so many looks with it.  You can dress it up, or go completely casual with fringe booties and leggings. The best part - you can wear this shirt for all seasons!

Nail Polish Obsession

Essie

I am obsessed with Essie nail polish!

Sugar Scrub

Lemon Sugar Scrub

Lemon Sugar Scrub is simple to make.  You probably have all three ingredients in your kitchen, and you won't break the bank on some fancy scrub!
  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Mix all three ingredients until the scrub forms a thick paste. Use this to exfoliate dry skin problem spots - even chapped lips!

Boho Braid

Side Braid + Bun

I love boho chic hairstyles. Boho hair is a trend that I love - messy braids and beachy waves are my favorite look. This look was very easy to create.  I braided one section of my hair off to the side, and wrapped the end of the braid into a messy bun.

Neutrals

Bows, Dots, and Checkered Prints

Prada Bow flats, and Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Speedy 30 - perfect combination of neutrals.

Trending Color

Coral

I am obsessed with coral for the spring and summer. While browsing the makeup section at Target I found the Maybelline Color Sensation Whisper Lipcolor in Orange Attitude.  This color is perfect, and it's very moisturizing. It gives my lips a nice tint, but isn't too bold. Perfect for work!

Cellulite Solution

Coffee

I love to drink coffee, but I love to use the coffee grounds for various home beauty treatments. Coffee has a lot of benefits for the skin. Not only does it help with inflammation and exfoliating the skin, but it helps with cellulite. That's one problem I have been fight for years.

I was a big fan of Murad Firm and Tone Serum, but $78 for 6.75 oz., can get really expensive.  I am not going to lie this serum was AMAZING. I even took the Murad Firm and Tone Dietary Supplement Pack that was recommend with the serum, but $120 was getting out-of-control each month. BUT I really had to find something more budget friendly.
Most cellulite creams contain caffeine, so I decided to start saving my coffee grounds. Caffeine is a stimulant, and helps with blood flow which helps with cellulite problem areas.

  1. Mix coffee grounds with olive oil & water until it forms a thick paste
  2. Apply mixture to problem areas - I apply the mixture to my stomach and legs
  3. Store mixture in sealed container - add water when it starts to dry out (it will last about five days stored in a dark dry place; I store under my bathroom sink)
I have been doing this for the past five days, and my skin is very soft, and I have noticed a slight difference. Not bad for a home remedy!
