How to prevent aging before bedtime 

Aging.  It happens.  We all want to slow down the process of wrinkles, and have perfect skin.  Here are a few of my beauty tricks that won't break the bank.

1. Invest in a humidifier. This isn't just for the common cold. Sleeping with a humidifier helps moisturize your skin, and lips. 

2. Wash your face before bed. I know that we have all done it, but washing your face before bed is a MUST. I love the Boots No7 Quick-Thinking 4-in-1 Wipes . 

3. Hydrate your skin! I use up & up™ Petroleum Jelly in the tube. I keep this by my bed at night, and apply around my eyes and nose. Keeping your skin from drying out - helps prevent wrinkles!! 

4. Sleep on your back. This is hard for me - I love to sleep on my side. Sleeping on your back prevents puffy eyes, and dark circles.  

5. Drink water.  It's that simple - hydrate.
