Paleo Fried Chicken

So, I have had a SERIOUS craving for fried chicken. Serious. I love fried chicken, and I haven't had it in forever. I decided to make my version of paleo fried chicken. It was so delicious!!
  • two chicken breasts (orgainc) 
  • one cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • one egg
  • one tablespoon garlic powder
  • one tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • salt & pepper 
  • one heaping tablespoon coconut oil  

  1. cut chicken breasts into tenders
  2. scramble egg on large plate (you can add hot sauce to the egg if you want your fried chicken to have a spicy taste)
  3. heat coconut oil in frying pan
  4. mix almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne powder, and salt & pepper on large plate
  5. dip chicken tenders in egg, and the into the mixture of ingredients 
  6. fry chicken in coconut oil until chicken is fully cooked
  7. enjoy!!
