Paleo No Bake Brownie Bites

I need sweets. Not all the time, but I need something other than cake to cure my sweet tooth. Sometimes I purchase the Lara Bars, but it can get kind of expensive. These brownie bites are so yummy! My hubby was even impressed. The best part is they are super easy to make, and you don't have to bake them!
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup almond slivers
  • 1/3 cup sweetned coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Combined cocoa powder and almond slivers in food processor until finely chopped
  2. Add dates, vanilla extract, and honey to the mixture
  3. Mix on medium speed until the mixture becomes thick - about one minute
  4. Remove the mixture into a bowl, and let sit in the fridge for about an hour
  5. After the mixture is cold, roll the mixture into one inch balls using your hands
  6. Once you have rolled the mixture into balls, roll them into the coconut flakes
  7. You can enjoy them, or you can keep them in the fridge for snacking later!

So yummy, easy, and inexpensive!
