- one pint tomatoes
- one medium red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon basil
- salt & pepper to taste
- cut tomatoes in to thirds
- cut red onion into slivers
- mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon basil, and salt and pepper in mixing bowl
- chill for about 20 minutes in refrigerator
- serve and enjoy!
