Whole30 Paleo Baked Salmon

If you ever do the Whole30 Challenge (I completed back in May 2013), you should really try my baked salmon recipe it's delish! After eating a lot of bacon, beef, and chicken, I tried introducing fish a couple nights a week.
  • two wild caught salmon filets (I used Wegman's Wild Caught Salmon)
  • one lemon
  • one tablespoon basil
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste 
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice lemon 
  3. Mix basil, olive oil, and salt & pepper
  4. Rub mixture on salmon filets
  5. Top salmon filets with lemon slices
  6. Bake for 20, or until fish is flaky 
  7. Enjoy!
