Paleo Frittata

Paleo Frittatas are super easy to make, and perfect to make ahead and eat during the week!

  • one medium onion
  • one medium bell pepper
  • two chicken sausages - grilled and diced
  • eight eggs scrambled  - seasoned with salt & pepper
  1. Chop medium onion, and medium bell pepper, and cook in olive oil for about five minutes
  2. Add chicken sausage, eggs, and veggies to greased 8x8 Pyrex dish
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes 
  4. Let sit for five minutes 
  5. Enjoy!
