Week Three - Whole30

Well, while writing this post, I realized that I am on day 22 of Whole30! This has gone by so fast, and I feel really good. The thought of eating greasy food sounds so gross. Things I do not miss - pizza. I thought I would never say that, but I have gotten past that carb crash, and now I am full of energy. 
I decided to start two thirty day challenges - planks & squats. Planks are NO JOKE. I have also been walking a lot, and staying really active. Not weighing myself is hard, because I really want to know how much I have lost. BUT I can really tell the difference with how my clothing fits.

This week I changed up my meals with making zoodles (which are SO YUMMY), and sweet potato hash. Whole30 doesn't have to be some crazy meal, and all meat. You can make meatless meals, and I love eating breakfast for dinner!
