Week Two - Whole30

So, I made it into week two! I feel really great, and have a ton of energy. I have been doing a lot of walking, and even ran a mile three weeks post baby!

Now that I am eating a lot of protein, I am full longer. My clothes feel loose, and I don't feel bloated. I really recommend drinking a lot of water too! I have noticed the days that I don't drink as much water, the next day I feel more bloated than the day before.

I really would like to start a fitness challenge. Now that I am able to do a little more after my c-section, I was thinking about doing a 30 day challenge! I don't want to do anything to intense - maybe a squat or arm workout.
