After starting Paleo in 2013, I fell in love with eating avocados! They are a great side to sub for any carb dish. I ate avocados as a side for mashed potatoes, rice, and pasta. They are great to eat with eggs, salads, and using as a mayo substitute for chicken salad.

They have a lot of health benefits too! They can help with preventing cancer, and heart disease. Not only are they good for your body, but you can use them as a deep conditioning mask for your hair, and a facial for your face.
