Overnight Blueberry Chia Pudding

Good morning!! Happy Monday! Last night I made delicious overnight blueberry chia pudding. If you are looking for a Paleo breakfast that takes almost zero time to make, you should try this!
  • one can of full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cap full of pure vanilla extract
  • blueberries
Mix all ingredients into a mason jar, and let sit overnight in the fridge! Enjoy!
