- 1/2 can of pumpkin puree (my can size was 15 oz)
- one whole banana peeled, and cut into chunks
- one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- a few ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk - I used the So Delicious brand
- Add all your ingredients to your blender, blend until smooth, and sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice to the top for a little extra pumpkin happiness.
You can add extra coconut milk to your smoothie depending on how thick you want the smoothie.
