Banana & Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

It's smoothie time! Now that I have completed my last Whole30 for 2014, I can now have smoothies. Of course my first smoothie for the first day of October has to have pumpkin - because pumpkin spice everything.

  • 1/2 can of pumpkin puree (my can size was 15 oz)
  • one whole banana peeled, and cut into chunks
  • one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk - I used the So Delicious brand
  1. Add all your ingredients to your blender, blend until smooth, and sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice to the top for a little extra pumpkin happiness.
  2. Enjoy!!

You can add extra coconut milk to your smoothie depending on how thick you want the smoothie.
