Love starting my mornings off with a smoothie! They are really filling, and the maca powder gives me that extra boost of energy I need in the mornings.
- handful of frozen strawberries
- handful of frozen blueberries
- handful of spinach
- one cup coconut milk
- one tablespoon maca powder
Mix all ingrediants in a blender, and enjoy!!
