Green Smoothie for Glowing Skin

Get glowing skin with all these yummy fruits, and veggies! Drinking green smoothies full of antioxidants will help your skin glow!

  • kale leaves - handful
  • one cup coconut water - I used pineapple flavored
  • spinach - handful
  • half of an apple
  • banana
  • juice from half a lemon
  • one tablespoon chia seeds
  • one tablespoon maca powder
  • a few ice cubes
Mix everything in a blender except for the chia seeds, pour into a glass, and sprinkle your chia seeds on top of your smoothie - enjoy!
