Healthy Snacking on the Go

Eating healthy on the go doesn't have to be challenging. Meal prepping really helps with eating healthy! I love to meal prep on Sunday's - it takes out all the stress in the mornings trying to get out the house!

Today I packed a coconut cream pie LARABAR, some fresh strawberries, and I made an iced hibiscus tea from Buddha Teas. Love their tea!! Right now I am hooked on drinking the hibiscus tea iced instead of hot.
