Week Three Working on my Fitness

This week was SO BUSY! I didn't get to do everything that I wanted to do, but I did workout everyday! Just keep going! Even on your worst day, do something!! I found time to do yoga everyday. I registered for a 5k in December - and I am so excited!!

Monday:
Ran 3 miles

200 crunches

Ran 2 miles

Yoga & Mediation

Ran 4 miles - so proud of myself!!
