Week Two Working on my Fitness

This week flew by!! I wish there were more hours in the day, and that Northern Virginia traffic didn't exist. I mean the word rain, really ruins it. BUT I can say this, I am not worried about my weight on the scale anymore. I am also making more time for yoga again. Yoga and running are my two favorite things! I will be pushing myself more this coming week. I am also noticing a change in my bum from all the squats I have been doing. This coming week, I am going to start working on arm workouts. I love leg days, HATE arm workouts. Eh.

Ran two miles

Stability ball planks
75 squats

Yoga
Stability ball planks
50 crunches
25 push ups on the stability ball
125 squats

Rest

Sunday
GYM DAY!!
My meals haven't changed - but I am on a big chicken and broccoli kick. Like LOVE it right now.
