Working on my Fitness

So, I have reached my goal weight, and now it's time to tone up. After having two C-Sections, I really want to get a nice toned tummy, and my bum needs a little help too!  I have taken the past few weeks to figure out what workouts will work for me, and printed a bunch of great fitness plans that I found on Pinterest. My workouts will consist of a lot of strength training, weights, running, some cardio, yoga, and A LOT of squats. I love my kettle bell too!!



I am going to hold myself accountable, and post weekly pictures every Monday on my progress. This will include my workout plan, and what I have been eating. I will be eating my normal Paleo lifestyle. This will also keep me in check during the holiday's! Strong is the new skinny, and I am not striving for perfection, but progress!

Stomach: 30"
Hips: 36"
Thighs: Left 20" Right 21"
Calves: 14"
Upper Arms: 10 5/8"
