Upside Down Clears my Mind

I have seriously been slacking on my yoga practice. I need to start making more time for myself, and really focus on getting back on the mat. I started my practice again Friday night, and I went upside down. I love doing headstands, and just balancing. It really helps clear my mind, and start to focus on things again. 

Glad to be back on the mat, and moving forward!! 2015 I will own you with my yoga practice!!
