Week Four Working on my Fitness

A little late to post, but here's what I did for week four of working out. Not going to lie, it wasn't much. I did yoga, I ran, and I ate horrible on Thanksgiving. Started off eating Paleo, but that apple pie was calling my name.

So, I decided to detox Friday the 28th, by starting the gallon challenge. I am drinking a gallon of water a day. It might seem like a lot, but I come pretty close everyday already drinking water. Sometimes you need to have set backs to get you motivated again!!

If you haven't taken a spin class yet, I really recommend it! I took a class on Sunday, and I am still sore! This will be something else I will add to my gym routine!
