Yoga | Backbends

Things that are really difficult for me in my yoga practice are backbends. To be honest with you, I really wanted to give up. But, then I remember how long it took me to master a headstand.

I love using the wall to help me with my yoga practice. It's great support, and it really helps when I am trying to stretch.

I found this really awesome yoga video on backbends, and it gave me confidence to get back into my practice: Yoga Body Workout: Yoga Body Workout: Backbend Class with Lesley Fightmaster.

Challenge yourself everyday, and DO NOT GIVE UP.

Practice. Practice. Practice.
