Lemon Roasted Chicken Thighs

Last night I made a really simple chicken thigh dinner. I just threw everything together with the items we had in the fridge.

  • two pounds of chicken thighs with skin
  • one lemon - sliced
  • one onion - sliced
  • avocado oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. add your chicken thighs to your baking dish
  3. drizzle with avocado oil (you can use whatever oil you like)
  4. place your lemon slices and onion slices overtop the chicken thighs
  5. season with salt and pepper
  6. bake for 45 minutes
  7. enjoy!

 
So simple and easy!!
