Stretch it OUT | Hero Pose

I don't always to inversion - sike. Yes, I do. I do headstands daily, it keeps me balanced - duh.

But, really though, let me tell you about Hero Pose. This feels AMAZING on your legs - and back. This is a great way to stretch before, and after running! It's also great to do before, and after a great leg day.
