What's in my Bag | Healthy Snacking

The mornings can be a little crazy getting a four-year-old, and an eleven-month-old out of the house before 6am. Some mornings are easier than others, but I am always prepared to have healthy snack options. Does anyone else have a four-year-old that makes at least two outfit changes before leaving the house?!

This morning I packed an apple, orange, an EPIC Bar (which has 13g of protein!!), and a Live Kombucha Soda. I always have that 3pm craving, and to stay on track I always have something on hand!
