On Sunday's I do cardio. I think the only cardio I really enjoy is the stair master. At first, I hated it. I felt really discouraged, and couldn't do more than ten minutes. Now, I can do all kinds of things on the stair master! Skipping steps, kick backs (with ankle weights), and side steps.
It's an awesome booty workout too. Don't let it discourage you, start off small, and keep increasing your workout every time! Trust me you won't be disappointed with the results!
