Smoothie Love | Kale & Banana

This is why I cannot do Whole30's. I love smoothies too much! I really love drinking a kale and banana smoothie in the mornings. Anything with maca powder is amazing!

  • one banana
  • one tablespoon maca powder - you can find it here
  • one cup coconut milk
  • a few frozen kale cubes - I will post a blog post on how do save your kale

Mix all your smoothie ingredients, and enjoy!
