All about that Matcha

If you haven't jumped on the matcha hype - it's something you should really try! I am all about simple things to make that don't require a lot of ingredients.

There are so many healthy benefits of matcha!
  • boots metabolism
  • great source of fiber
  • enhances mood
  • detoxes
I picked up mine at Vitacost here.

This morning I made a matcha smoothie - and it was really good!!
  • one tablespoon matcha powder
  • one cup coconut milk
  • handful of ice
  • sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, stevia depending what diet you follow)

Blend everything together, and enjoy!!
