Falling off the Paleo Wagon

The past month or so has been kind of difficult with eating Paleo. I was trying the 80/20 rule, and that just lead into other bad choices. I was allowing myself to eat gluten free items as a cheat clean options. I would just like to pretend  all the food I ate the past month didn't happen.

So, today I am starting fresh. Going back to eating 100% Paleo. I have noticed a change too. Some of my clothing is a little tighter, and I have zero motivation. I couldn't tell you the last time I went to the gym. For the past month, I attempt to start over (usually on a Monday), but it only lasts a few days. The carb flu sets in, and I just give up. I am not waiting for Monday's, or the first of the month. Bottom line, I feel like shit, and I am restarting today.

Now, if i could talk myself into another Whole30! I don't even remember what round this would be? Seven?
