Yesterday I started my day with yoga, and ended my day with yoga. I have a hard time getting out of bed so early, but made myself do it. That is one thing I want to start doing - getting up and working out routinely. I had so much energy during the day, and felt less stressed.
After work, I ran four miles, and then went home to do some headstands. Headstands are a great thing to do everyday - it's all about that detox!
