Smoothie Love | Blueberry Superfood

I love this time of the year! The weather is getting warmer, and there are tons of fresh berries! That means tons of smoothies! Smoothies are the reason why I am hesitant on completing round seven of Whole30 - I am still trying to talk myself into this. You would have thought that month of eating crap food would have made me want to do another, but I really have to be 100% to start one.

Yesterday I started my morning off with wonderful smoothie:
  • one cup coconut milk - I use the So Delicious Brand
  • one handful of blueberries
  • one handful of strawberries
  • one tablespoon maca powder
  • one medium size banana
  • handful of ice

Mix everything together in your blender, and enjoy!
