Tailgating // Healthy Snacks

If you know me, you know I love to snack. I was inspired by Nuts.com to come up with a healthy snack for all you football fans! So, I decided to make something that was quick, healthy, and something that everyone can enjoy. Instead of grabbing chips, you can enjoy something loaded full of protein that will keep you full longer.

Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Oatmeal Bites 

  • one cup oats 
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut 
  • 1/2 mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl
  2. Mix all everything together - I used my hands
  3. Once everything is mixed - roll the mixture into bite sized balls
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minuets
  5. Enjoy!

These are a great snack to bring to any tailgate, they don't require any baking, and you don't need much to make them!
