hello, 2016

Hello, it's me (singing in my awful Adele voice), and I am back and ready to blog!

Can I tell you how happy I am that 2015 is over. It was a very busy year, and I feel like I didn't accomplish everything that I wanted. I know that isn't very positive, but it is honest! I learned a lot, which is always a plus. 

So, I decided to start 2016 off right. One of my very good friends, and I woke up at 3am to go hiking, and watch the sunrise. It was cold, dark, but it was so worth it. It was nice to reflect on what I want in 2016, how I want to be more motivated, less stressed, and just living LIFE. 





I see a lot of people finding the word that they will use this year - motivated, determined, healthy. My word this year will be NO. I need to learn how to start saying "No" more often, and start working on the things in my life that make me happy.

I don't want to make any resolutions, I want to set goals. 

2016 Goals 
  • Run a half marathon. No, but really. I have been saying this forEVER, but I am going to do it, I promise. 
  • Complete one year of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG 1.0 & 2.0)
  • Learn something new 
  • Get out of my comfort zone
  • Read more books 
  • Explore more
