Oven Roasted Asparagus

Everyone is doing a Whole30 - it's so exciting!! I have shared this post before, but I wanted to share it again. Asparagus is always good to have when you're doing a Whole30 (or extended). You can have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! It's so good in the morning with a fried egg, or you can slice it up and add it to your omelette! It so good with baked salmon for dinner!!

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • avocado oil
  • sea salt + pepper
  • sliced lemons
  • diced fresh garlic 
  • one bunch of asparagus, cleaned, and ends removed 
  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. lay asparagus on baking sheet covered in parchment paper
  3. drizzle avocado oil, season with sea salt + pepper
  4. place the sliced lemons on the asparagus 
  5. bake for 15 - 20 minutes
  6. enjoy!!
