I have completed a few workouts, and let me tell you - they are not easy. I am not very coordinated, and look ridiculous doing burpees, but I am determined to do this. The best part of these workouts - you don't have to join a gym. You can do all the workouts at home, in the comfort of your living room. You don't need a lot of equipment either - another plus. All the workouts are under 30 minutes, and the workout guide has all the information you need (it's 190 pages).
