Accountability // BBG 1.0

For the past six months or so, I have lost complete interest in a lot of the things that I used to enjoy. I think I was trying to do a lot of things towards the end of the year, and just let myself go. I have gained weight - just being honest. Completed a Whole90 hoping to get back into my routine, and then gained back six pounds after completing it. I honestly have had enough of this feeling, and decided to start AGAIN with the Bikini Body Guide workouts.

I used post fitness related posts, do yoga, run, and live at the gym. Now, I struggle with just getting a workout in. I bought the BBG workouts, back around the holiday's hoping it would motivate me during the winter. Not so much. I have made it to week three, once, and completed week 1 15 times. One thing that I have stopped doing, is making time for myself, and that is changing.

So, I am going to go back to posting more fitness posts to keep me accountable. The workouts are really worth trying. You don't need to have a gym membership, and you can do the workouts in your living room. Sounds easy, right?
