So, I have decided to join Weight Watchers, eat mostly Paleo (I am saying NO to gluten, and allowing some dairy), and working hard to drop this weight that I gained. I did WW years ago, and lost 20 pounds, so I would like to try it again while doing my BBG workouts. I think this will hold me accountable too. I want to keep it mostly Paleo - I love how I feel when I eat this way - but I don't want to feel guilty if I want a treat. I hope this will help me find balance too without the guilt.
I have been looking into it for the past couple of weeks, and decided to hit up one of my favorite grocery stores - Trader Joe's. Duh. I stocked up on ALL my favorite foods - while keeping it mostly Paleo. I officially started yesterday. I took my before pictures, and tracked my weight. EEKKK.
I can't wait to share my WW journey with you, while keeping it mostly Paleo. I am hoping to find balance with this!! Anyone else doing WW? How do you like it? Are you less stressed trying to find balance?
