trader joe's haul // life after whole30's and finding balance

Hello!! I haven't been posting a lot here, or on my Instragram lately. Work has been extremely busy, and I haven't had much time for myself lately. I attempted a Whole30 a month ago, and it only last a few days. I am trying to find balance between eating healthy, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After doing a couple of Whole30's, trying to maintain a Paleo lifestyle, I feel like I haven't found that happy balance. Working late, means grabbing stuff that isn't all that great. I could plan ahead, but after working late days, the last thing I want to do sometimes when I get home is meal prepping. I want to spend that time with my family. Now that work is slowing down, I am ready to start fresh again.


So, I have decided to join Weight Watchers, eat mostly Paleo (I am saying NO to gluten, and allowing some dairy), and working hard to drop this weight that I gained. I did WW years ago, and lost 20 pounds, so I would like to try it again while doing my BBG workouts. I think this will hold me accountable too. I want to keep it mostly Paleo - I love how I feel when I eat this way - but I don't want to feel guilty if I want a treat. I hope this will help me find balance too without the guilt.

I have been looking into it for the past couple of weeks, and decided to hit up one of my favorite grocery stores - Trader Joe's. Duh. I stocked up on ALL my favorite foods - while keeping it mostly Paleo. I officially started yesterday. I took my before pictures, and tracked my weight. EEKKK.

I can't wait to share my WW journey with you, while keeping it mostly Paleo. I am hoping to find balance with this!! Anyone else doing WW? How do you like it? Are you less stressed trying to find balance?
