For the longest time, I stopped eating dairy. Then, I decided to introduce it back into my diet. It slowly started with Greek yogurt, and then I was back to eating dairy a lot more. Before quitting dairy the first time, I had these pesky pimples, and my complexion wasn't the best. After doing numerous Whole30's, and eating a mostly Paleo lifestyle, I noticed how great my skin looked. All those pimples went away, my skin looked amazing, and I was less bloated too.
After reintroducing dairy back into my diet, those pimples are back, my complexion isn't the best, and I feel sluggish. So, it's back to a dairy free life again.
I am a big fan of the So Delicious Dairy Free brand. They have coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, ice creams, coffee creamers, and yogurts! If you are looking for a dairy free option, I really recommend their brand!
Also, after reading a TON of articles on dairy, I just feel like it's the best thing to cut out of my diet. I am not a nutritionist, dietitian, or doctor, but I am speaking from personal experience. There are so many dairy free options now, that it really makes it easy to give up dairy.
