prosciutto egg cups // whole30

Good morning, and happy Friday!! I wanted to re-share my prosciutto egg cups. You have to make them - they are a lifesaver when you are doing a Whole30. They take less than 20 minutes to make, and are so yummy. The best part is minimal dishes, and easy clean up!
  • muffin tin
  • prosciutto
  • eggs
  • salt + pepper   
  • avocado oil // extra virgin olive oil 
  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. grease muffin cups with extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil
  3. line the muffin cups with prosciutto
  4. crack in egg in each lined prosciutto cup
  5. season with salt + pepper
  6. bake for 15 minutes, or until your egg is cooked to your desire
  7. enjoy!
