whole30 week one

January Whole30 week one was a little challenging. I think my body was in shock! I wasn't eating the best food towards the end of 2016, and my body was adjusting. Around day three I got a little sleepy, I didn't have much energy, and I was craving sweets. Drinking more water helped with my cravings. My meals for the week were really basic, and simple. I like it that way. Some of my breakfast meals, ended up on repeat for dinner. It just works well for me. 

Sweet potato hash, prosciutto egg cups, zoodles, and brussels sprouts are my favorite. I even treated myself to Chipotle for dinner Friday night! The only meat Whole30 approved are the pork carnitas. I am also in love with butternut squash with a fried egg! It was so good!
