I love meal prepping for the week. It's a great way to stay on track, and it makes my mornings easy.

Simple meals are what I love. Easy meals that can be thrown together without stressing are my go-to's. The meals I prep last a few days. I love eating veggies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also prep my workout snacks. Carbs are great to eat before you workout too. I love eating an apple or banana before I run. It gives me energy, and helps me push through my workout. Kombucha is my soda substitute. I haven't had a soda in over four years, and absolutely love GT's Synergy Kombucha. LARABAR's are great for the mornings when you don't want to eat anything big.

Right now I am on a seafood kick. Salmon, and shrimp have been on repeat with my lunches and dinners. Also, making a shrimp omelet with a side of asparagus is so good! I also made zoodles with a side of shrimp, and oven roasted cherry tomatoes. Don't let salmon just be for lunch or dinner! It's great with a poached egg for breakfast!

Simple, and easy!
