30 days of yoga

<meta name="p:domain_verify" content="180cdbb3c07c824b9c7784c933e77b8a"/>

Only a couple of days until the 1st of September, and it's National Yoga Month! I decided to get back onto the mat with a 30 day yoga challenge. I miss doing yoga daily, and I felt great doing it. I noticed when I was doing yoga on a regular basis I felt amazing, and I was motivated. Yoga also helped me when I was running on a regular basis. I felt more balanced, and it helped with my breathing.

I decided to start 30 Days of Yoga using Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. Adriene has great videos for all levels, and they are FREE! Check out day one here ←  I have also registered for hot yoga classes at my local studio to help with flexibility.

I really miss how I felt accomplishing poses I never thought I would be able to do. I remember when I thought I could never do a headstand, or get into scorpion pose. The feeling of accomplishing those goals made me want to keep going. Yoga also helped me gain upper body strength, and my arms looked amazing!

Cannot wait to start this 30 day yoga challenge September 1st! Follow along on my blog!

  2. When buying yoga clothes the key word is comfort. You need to be able to comfortably move and bend without the clothes being so tight they stop you, but they need to be tight enough so you don't trip on them. http://bit.ly/2F5YRjD

  3. How many seizures did you have before someone actually snapped a pic of you looking semi normal yoga pose. That pose cannot be good for the two brain cells you have left from taking all of those gopher tranquilzers.

  4. Love living like a fraud. New idea for a name. If Marlboro lights are organic then where can I find them at the local farmers market?

    1. Smoking? Not only is that a disgusting habit but coming from a health blogger is basically lying to us all. We're here to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle and I dont think that someone that smokes chemicals and doesn't respect there body should be giving advice. I liked your blog and came back to see if you had posted any more recipes or tips. Now I'm unfollowing and will be telling fellow bloggers to do the same.
      Shame on you.
